Each machine is supplied with a comprehensive operation and maintenance guide and a wide network of Perry dealers and approved installers are available to carry out any required work. This network is complemented by Perry’s own mobile engineers who have many years of experience in how to get the best from Perry equipment.

Servicing

Along with a comprehensive network of independent dealers and installers, Perry also have a team of highly trained, specialist servicing & installation technicians that are willing to travel globally to supervise the installation of all Perry machinery as required.

In the event that a dealer doesn’t have the spare capacity to carry out regular servicing of Perry drying or handling equipment, Perry will happily carry out any periodic servicing and attend to breakdowns.

Perry can also offer long-term servicing contracts either directly or through dealers for all of the Perry handling, drying & storage equipment.

Perry equipment will provide a long and trouble-free service life if maintained to the manufacturers' recommendations.

Replacement Parts

As all Perry machines are designed and manufactured in-house we are also able to offer a comprehensive replacement parts service. Our central warehouse holds in excess of £1m of stock available for immediate despatch with next day delivery available in many areas. For older machines or less common parts, we hold detailed build sheets and component drawings for every machine made for over 50 years and can quickly manufacture a replacement part using our comprehensive engineering facilities.
