Products that can be analysed: Wheat, barley, oats, peas, all types of cereals.

Contaminants that can be detected:  Stones, glass, pests, chaff, decoloured grains, split grains, other cereals not meant to be present in the sample, and so on.

Purpose of the system: Fast & accurate analysis of small batches of cereals.

Ideal use: The testing of cereal samples by any company intaking, delivering or selling grain including commercial grain stores, feedmills, flourmills & food manufacturers.

How it works:  The sample to be analysed is placed into the hopper included in the analyzer.  Using the onboard scale the unit intakes the correct amount to analyse based on the parameters set by the user.  The sample flows over ultra-high-resolution cameras.  The system uses proprietary AI software to compare the images of the sample with those previously selected (or stored) by the user and determines the levels of contamination in the sample.  At the end of the process a report is generated containing all the information from the sample analysis, which is viewable on the screen, printable and also able to be exported in a .xcls file.

Examples of classic uses:  Detecting stone, ergot, split/decoloured grains, chaff or pests in a wheat sample.  Detecting barley in an oat sample.  Detecting pea moth damage and split peas in a pea sample.
